Bakenetic was founded by master patissier **Kanika Gupta** with a clear vision: to elevate local baking standards into a fine culinary science. Inspired by traditional European baking methods and rich Indian dessert heritage, every item is meticulously crafted to perfection.
We slow-ferment our sourdough for 24 hours to develop prebiotics and deep flavours. We select single-origin Belgian chocolates, and use cream cheese from natural dairies to create an unmatched luxury dessert experience.
